Today Bruce Lockwood was notified that a kidney, more of a match than Don's, is available. Bruce has made the decision to accept this kidney.
He will leave this afternoon with family members for a hospital in Grand Rapids. All we know about the kidney is that the doner is on life support and that the kidney is PERFECT MATCH!
The transplant will happen tonight.
As more information becomes available it will be posted on this site.

ReplyDeleteI just talked with Bruce, a man on life support is a perfect match, so Bruce’s heading to GR with Kelli and Sandy early this afternoon and will have the transplant tonight. (breathe)
He’s presently very busy cleaning up his worksite and will call me from the road if he thinks of other things he needs help with. Right now, Lili’s set for a week, but the dogs need tending, Bill will help but we need more help with the two dogs, feeding, walking, love and attention etc.,
When we learn more we should plan a meal calendar for their return. We need to generate more followers for his blog.
